About the Speakers
Hema Crockett and Jamie Jacobs are former HR executives and co-founders of Gig Talent, a modern talent collective connecting best in class HR consultants and leadership coaches with forward-thinking organizations.

With over 35 years of combined business and HR experience, Hema and Jamie set out to disrupt the Gig Economy and elevate the profession of consulting by creating the world’s first Gig Talent Certified Consultant program, helping organizations mitigate risk and partner with only the best independent talent.

In early 2021, they released their first book, Designing Exceptional Organizational Cultures: How to develop companies where employees thrive. Although Hema grew up in Phoenix and attended the University of Arizona, both she and Jamie currently live in San Diego, CA with their families.
